• Prices are all in SGD and exclusive of international delivery charges
• Minimum order of 5 items or otherwise stated (need not be the same item order 5, can be of different items add up to 5)
• For apparels, accessories are not included unless otherwise stated
• Payment to be made before delivery of goods
• No cancellation of orders once confirmed
• We accept fund transfers from POSB/DBS only
• Account no. will be given via confirmation email after orders confirmed
• Payment to be made within 2 days after confirmation email sent
• In-stocks will be reserved for 2 days before being sold to the next buyer who is able to make payment
• In-stocks will take 2 weeks to deliver after payment is made
• Pre-orders will take 2-3 weeks to deliver after payment is made. If item is in the midst of re-stocking, it may take up to 1 more week to arrive.
• If some of the items are sold out, we will notify you and full amount will be refunded
• We will do our diligent checks before sending out the items
• Goods sold are strictly not refundable/exchangeable
• We will not be responsible if items are lost/damaged during postage
