Are the prices stated inclusive of shipping/international delivery charges?
Prices stated are exclusive of shipping charges.

Are your items in-stocks or pre-orders?
Items are pre-orders unless otherwise stated.

Is there a minimum order? Can I order just a few items instead?
There is a minimum order of 5 items or otherwise stated. The minimum quantity allows us to purchase at a wholesale price so that we can offer our buyers the items at a lower price. If you want only 1 item, shipping cost will still be based on the 1st 0.5kg at S$12 and additional S$3 each for subsequent 0.5kg. Hence, the shipping cost per item is cheaper when purchase in bulk!

Can I purchase in bulk? Will there be any discounts?
Yes, you may purchase in bulk. Since our minimum order is at least 5 items, 20 items and above will then be considered as a bulk purchase. There will be discounts, depending on how many you are going to order. However, there will not be further discounts for items that are currently on promotion.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before confirmation. Cancellation of order after confirmation is not allowed. Those who withdraw from their order will be blacklisted. Please note!

Can I amend my order?
As long as payment has not been made, you may amend your order. However, please note that it will result in delay of delivery time due to the extra time taken in corresponding.

Why do pre-orders need to take so long to deliver?
Our apparels are imported directly from Korea/Japan/Hong Kong/China. Due to their huge number of apparels, it takes time for them to consolidate the orders and the delivery time to Taiwan is another 3 days at least. Also, normal international posting will require 8-10 days. Hence, total waiting time (starting from receipt of payment) for you to receive the items is about 2-3 weeks. If item is in the midst of re-stocking, it may probably take another week to arrive. For products that are available in Taiwan itself, you can receive them within 2 weeks.

Alternatively, you may opt for EMS whereby it takes only 2-3 days to reach Singapore. However, it will cost much more to use EMS, the cost is almost doubled!

What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock and will not be re-stocking anymore?
If item is sold out and has stopped manufacturing, we will inform you and make full refund for that item.

Why is the provided measurement different from the actual goods?
It is a mass manufacturing. The measurement of each batch of goods may differ due to different manufacturing time and workers. The measurement is taken on an average basis.

I was not at home when the registered package was delivered. What should I do?
Please contact your local post office and request for redelivery. Alternatively, you may do self-collection.
